Arugula Canapes

Recipe Ingredients

3 tablespoons 45mlMayonnaise
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon juice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlTabasco brand Pepper Sauce
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozFinely-chopped arugula
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozFinely-chopped watercress
1   Green onion - finely chopped
  Thinly-sliced white bread
  Softened butter

Recipe Instructions

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce and salt in small bowl. Stir in arugula, watercress and green onion; mix well. Cut 1 1/2-inch rounds from bread; spread lightly with softened butter. Spread 1/2 teaspoon mixture on each bread round. Cover with food wrap and chill.
