Arugula Canapes Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Finely-chopped arugula |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Finely-chopped watercress |
| 1 | Green onion - finely chopped | |
| Thinly-sliced white bread | ||
| Softened butter |
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce and salt in small bowl. Stir in arugula, watercress and green onion; mix well. Cut 1 1/2-inch rounds from bread; spread lightly with softened butter. Spread 1/2 teaspoon mixture on each bread round. Cover with food wrap and chill.
