Tuna Corn Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Tuna packed in water - (6 1/2 to 7 oz ea) | |
2 | Frozen whole kernel corn - (10 oz ea) - cooked, drained | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cider vinegar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Lemon juice |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped parsley |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Dried leaf basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Tomatoes - peeled, chopped (large) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Zucchini - peeled, shredded (medium) |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped green onions |
Salad greens - for serving |
In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover and chill several hours. Serve in bowl lined with salad greens.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
