Tuna Corn Salad

Recipe Ingredients

2   Tuna packed in water - (6 1/2 to 7 oz ea)
2   Frozen whole kernel corn - (10 oz ea) - cooked, drained
1/2 cup 118mlVegetable oil
1/4 cup 59mlCider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlLemon juice
3 tablespoons 45mlChopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlDried leaf basil
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlTabasco pepper sauce
2 teaspoons 10mlTomatoes - peeled, chopped (large)
1 teaspoon 5mlZucchini - peeled, shredded (medium)
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped green onions
  Salad greens - for serving

Recipe Instructions

In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover and chill several hours. Serve in bowl lined with salad greens.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
