Spicy Marinated Shrimp Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1 | Green onion - finely chopped | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely chopped chives |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ketchup |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
Salt - to taste | ||
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Medium shrimp - cooked, peeled, |
And deveined |
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except shrimp. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
Remove to serving bowl and serve with toothpicks. For a more elegant presentation, skewer each shrimp with a toothpick from tail to head, making a crescent shape, and arrange on platter.
This recipe yields 30 to 40 shrimp.
