Spanish Potato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
6 cups | 1422ml | Sliced cooked new potatoes |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Sliced celery |
2 | Red onions - sliced thinly | |
4 | Oranges - sectioned | |
Salad greens - (optional) | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Mayonnaise |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Sour cream |
Juice of 1/2 orange | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
Arrange mixture of potatoes, celery, onion and orange sections in salad bowl lined with salad greens. Chill. Combine remaining ingredients to make dressing. When ready to serve, toss salad dressing with salad coating each piece. Season to taste with salt and additional Tabasco pepper sauce.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
