Shrimp Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 lb 227g / 8ozPeeled cooked shrimp - coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups 355mlSalsa
4   Scallions - thinly sliced
1/4   Minced cilantro
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh lime juice
1   Garlic clove - minced
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried oregano
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1   Bag baked tortilla chips - (7 oz)

Recipe Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, salsa, scallions; cilantro, lime juice, garlic, oregano and pepper. Refrigerate, covered, until the flavors are blended, about 1 hour. Serve with the tortilla chips.
