Peppered Pecans Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter or margarine |
3 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Pecan halves |
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In small skillet melt butter. Add garlic; Tabasco pepper sauce and salt; cook 1 minute. Toss pecans with butter mixture; spread in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour or until pecans are crisp; stir occasionally.
This recipe yields 3 cups.
