Marinated Potato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Finely-chopped celery |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable oil |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Finely-chopped green onions |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Cider or white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Red potatoes - cooked, peeled, |
Cut in chunks - (abt 5 cups) |
In large bowl, stir together celery, oil, green onions, vinegar, salt and Tabasco pepper sauce. Add potatoes; gently toss to coat well. Cover. Stirring occasionally, let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes, or refrigerate several hours.
This recipe yields 6 cups.
