Lemony Italian Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 177ml | Olive oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried leaf oregano - crumbled |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
In small glass jar, combine ingredients; shake well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Refrigerate unused dressing.
This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups.
