Jalapeno Colada Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Ice cubes | |
2 oz | 56g | Jamaican rum |
1 oz | 28g | Coconut cream |
4 oz | 113g | Pineapple juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco green pepper sauce |
1 | Pineapple slice - for garnish |
Place ice cubes in blender; add rest of ingredients. Blend until frothy.
Serve in stemmed cocktail or tall, thin glass. Garnish with slice of pineapple.
This recipe yields one serving.
