Jalapeno Colada

Recipe Ingredients

4		Ice cubes
2 oz	56g	Jamaican rum
1 oz	28g	Coconut cream
4 oz	113g	Pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Tabasco green pepper sauce
1		Pineapple slice - for garnish

Recipe Instructions

Place ice cubes in blender; add rest of ingredients. Blend until frothy.

Serve in stemmed cocktail or tall, thin glass. Garnish with slice of pineapple.

This recipe yields one serving.
