Cucumber Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Lowfat or nonfat yogurt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped cucumber |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Snipped fresh dill |
(or 1 tspn dried dill weed) |
Blend together yogurt and Tabasco pepper sauce. Stir in cucumber and dill. Refrigerate until ready to use.
This recipe yields approximately 2 cups of sauce.
