1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
1 | Thin deli ham slice - halved | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Shredded Gruyere cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Drained rinsed sauerkraut |
Preheat the broiler.
Spread the toast with the mustard; top each slice evenly with the ham and cheese. Place on a broiler rack and broil 5 inches from the heat, until the cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
Meanwhile, place the sauerkraut in a small microwavable dish; microwave, covered, on High until heated through, about 30 seconds. Top each sandwich with the sauerkraut.
