Corn Seafood Salad

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 125g / 4.4ozCooked corn
1   Green pepper - diced
1   Tomato - diced (medium)
1 lb 454g / 16ozRaw shrimp - cooked, cleaned
  (or 1 1/2 cups crab meat [7 1/2 oz can])
1/3 cup 78mlMayonnaise
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced onion
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlTabasco pepper sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
  Tomato wedges - for garnish

Recipe Instructions

Combine corn, green pepper, tomato and shrimp or crab meat. Blend mayonnaise, onion, Tabasco sauce and salt. Add to corn mixture and toss gently.

Chill before serving. Garnish with tomato wedges.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
