Corn Seafood Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Cooked corn |
1 | Green pepper - diced | |
1 | Tomato - diced (medium) | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Raw shrimp - cooked, cleaned |
(or 1 1/2 cups crab meat [7 1/2 oz can]) | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced onion |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Tomato wedges - for garnish |
Combine corn, green pepper, tomato and shrimp or crab meat. Blend mayonnaise, onion, Tabasco sauce and salt. Add to corn mixture and toss gently.
Chill before serving. Garnish with tomato wedges.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
