2 cups | 474ml | Plain lowfat yogurt |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Ripe avocado - diced (small) |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Cubed seeded pared cucumber |
5 | Fresh mint leaves - (to 6) | |
(or 1/2 tspn dried mint leaves) | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Celery salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
1 cup | 237ml | Cracked ice |
Additional mint leaves - for garnish |
In blender, combine all ingredients except garnish. Cover. Process until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
