Choco-Hot Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Water |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
In small saucepan, over medium heat, heat chocolate chips, sugar, water and butter or margarine just to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in Tabasco pepper sauce.
Serve warm or cover and refrigerate to serve later. Use to serve over ice cream, pound cake or fresh fruit. Reheat just before serving.
This recipe yields 1 cup sauce.
