Cajun Chicken Burgers Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Freshly-ground chicken or turkey |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion - finely chopped (small) |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped bell pepper |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
3 | Scallions - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Form into five 4-inch patties. Broil or grill each side 4 to 6 minutes, depending on degree of desired doneness. Serve immediately.
This recipe yields 5 burgers.
