Avocado Orange Soup Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Ripe avocados - pitted (large) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Fresh orange juice |
1 cup | 237ml | Plain yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
Orange slices |
In food processor or blender, blend avocados and orange juice. Add yogurt, Tabasco pepper sauce and salt. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with orange slices.
