Sweet Potato-Apple Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

1 teaspoon	5ml	Red Delicious apple - diced (large)
1 teaspoon	5ml	Uncooked sweet potato - finely diced (small)
2		Green onions, white, tender green parts - thinly sliced
1		Jalapeno pepper - seeded and diced
2 tablespoons	30ml	Fresh lime or lemon juice
2 tablespoons	30ml	Honey

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients; blend well. Cover; chill for one hour.
