1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground allspice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, brown sugar, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and salt; beat until well blended. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake until center is almost firm, about 50 to 55 minutes. Let cool.
Yield: 8 servings.
