Hot-Pepper Sweet Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Fat-free - low-salt chicken |
Broth | ||
2 | Garlic clove - minced (medium) | |
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Sweet potatoes - peeled, and |
Cut in 1" cubes | ||
Several drops hot pepper sauce | ||
Salt | ||
Freshly ground pepper |
Heat a nonstick skillet large enough to hold potatoes in 1 layer over medium heat. Mix oil, broth and garlic; add to skillet. Add potatoes, making sure they are in 1 layer. Cover; simmer 15 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper sauce and salt and pepper.
Yield: 2 servings.
