Curried Confetti Coleslaw Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Reduced-fat mayonnaise |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Reduced-fat sour cream |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Low-fat milk |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Curry powder |
1 | Shredded coleslaw mix - (large pkg) | |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Dried cranberries |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped walnuts |
Salt | ||
Ground black pepper |
In a 3-quart or larger bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk and curry powder. Add coleslaw mix, dried cranberries and walnuts. Stir until the mixture is evenly coated with sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve at once or refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 1 day.
Yield: 4 servings.
