Barbecue Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Ketchup
1 tablespoon	15ml	Tomato paste
1 teaspoon	5ml	Soy sauce - (optional)
1/2 tablespoon	7.5ml	Dark molasses
1 tablespoon	15ml	Honey
1 tablespoon	15ml	Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Chili powder
1 teaspoon	5ml	Lemon juice
		Salt
		Ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

In bowl, combine ketchup, tomato paste, soy sauce, molasses, honey, mustard, chili powder, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Yield: About 1/3 cup.
