Powdered Sugar Frosting (For Iris' Butter Cookies)

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	396g / 13oz	Sifted powdered sugar
2 tablespoons	30ml	Butter - softened
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Vanilla
4 teaspoons	20ml	Milk - (to 5 tspns)
		Green food color
		Red food color

Recipe Instructions

In a small mixture bowl, beat sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat in enough milk until mixture is of frosting consistency. Divide frosting in half; tint one half green and the other half red.

Use as directed in recipe for Iris' Butter Cookies (see recipe); also good for use on any butter or sugar cookie.
