Powdered Sugar Frosting (For Iris' Butter Cookies) Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sifted powdered sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter - softened |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Vanilla |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Milk - (to 5 tspns) |
Green food color | ||
Red food color |
In a small mixture bowl, beat sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat in enough milk until mixture is of frosting consistency. Divide frosting in half; tint one half green and the other half red.
Use as directed in recipe for Iris' Butter Cookies (see recipe); also good for use on any butter or sugar cookie.
