Glaze (For Lebkuchen) Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Powdered sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cornstarch |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Hot water - (to 3 tbspns) |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla or brandy |
Mix powdered sugar, cornstarch, hot water and vanilla to make a thick, smooth paste.
