Vermont Fiesta Paulkets

Recipe Ingredients

2   Refrigerated pizza dough - (10 oz ea)
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozDeli-style mesquite turkey breast - shaved thin, divided
8 oz 227gMild Cheddar cheese - shredded, divided
11 oz 312gPrepared medium-hot salsa - divided
8 oz 227gSour cream

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On a floured board, unroll pizza dough. Cut each sheet of dough into 4 squares.

Put equal portions of turkey and cheese and about 2 tablespoons salsa on half of each dough square. Fold the empty side down over the filling. Turn the bottom edge over the top edge; pinch to seal.

Put packets on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 20 minutes, until lightly browned.

Serve with remaining salsa and sour cream.

Yield: 8 servings.
