Spicy Cranberry Chutney Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Whole-berry cranberry sauce - (16 oz) | |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Peeled, diced apple |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Granulated sugar |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground allspice |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground ginger |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground cinnamon |
1 | Ground cloves |
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and sauce has thickened slightly, about 30 minutes.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
