Spicy Cranberry Chutney

Recipe Ingredients

1   Whole-berry cranberry sauce - (16 oz)
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozRaisins
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozPeeled, diced apple
6 tablespoons 90mlGranulated sugar
6 tablespoons 90mlVinegar
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlGround allspice
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlGround ginger
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlGround cinnamon
1   Ground cloves

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender and sauce has thickened slightly, about 30 minutes.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
