Port Soused Fruit With Yogurt

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlDried apricots - (packed)
1/2 cup 118mlDried pitted prunes - (packed)
1/4 cup 59mlPort or Madeira
2   Whole cloves
1/2 cup 118mlPlain whole milk yogurt

Recipe Instructions

Place fruit in small saucepan with Port and cloves. Slowly bring liquid to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes just until fruit is tender. Remove saucepan from heat and cool fruit to room temperature. Remove cloves. Spoon fruit into dessert bowl and top with yogurt.

This recipe yields 2 servings.
