4 | Plum tomatoes - seeded, chopped fine | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced dill fronds |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Heat butter until golden, saute tomatoes just to warm; add dill off heat, season with salt and pepper.
