1/2 cup | 118ml | Tomato sauce |
1 cup | 237ml | Cooked mushrooms |
2 oz | 56g | Crumbled or shredded cheese like |
Mozzarella, goat, Ricotta or extra-sharp | ||
Cheddar |
* Note: One or 2 (8-inch) "Boboli" pizza crusts or, 2 (6-inch) pita breads or, 2 (10- to 12-inch) burrito size tortillas.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Set the dough (of choice) on a baking sheet. Spread the sauce over the top, then dot with mushrooms and cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.
