Tropical Avocado And Fruit Salad With Creamy Lime Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
Colorful and tasty fruits make up this paradise delight. This recipe calls for papaya, pineapple and mandarin oranges, but almost any fruit combination would be delicious.

1 | Water-packed mandarin oranges - (11 oz) - drained | |
1 | Avocado - seeded, peeled, | |
And diced | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Snipped fresh mint - (optional) |
Creamy Lime Dressing | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fat-free plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
5 teaspoons | 25ml | Fresh lime juice |
In a large bowl, combine the papaya, pineapple, oranges and avocados. Add the dressing and gently fold in until the fruit mixture is coated. If desired, sprinkle with the mint to garnish.
This recipe yields 8 side-dish servings.
