Garlic Saffron Mayonnaise

Recipe Ingredients

1   Garlic clove (small)
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSaffron - dissolved in
  Rice vinegar
1 tablespoon 15mlPimientos
1/4 cup 59mlMayonnaise - (to 1/2 cup) - or to taste
  Rice vinegar - to taste
  Salt - to taste
  Crushed red pepper - to taste
  Water - (optional)

Recipe Instructions

In a food processor or blender puree clove garlic, saffron dissolved in some rice vinegar, and pimientos. Add mayonnaise to taste. Add more rice vinegar to taste and season with salt and crushed red pepper. Thin with water if you wish.
