Chili Mayonnaise Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped celery |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped red pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped scallion |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Toasted chili powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic clove - minced (small) |
White wine vinegar - to thin if needed | ||
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine all of the ingredients.
This recipe yields 1 cup.
