Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlOil
2   Egg whites
1/2 cup 118mlSkim milk
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozFlour
2 tablespoons 30mlBaking powder
1 tablespoon 15mlSugar
1/2 cup 118mlSparkling water

Recipe Instructions

Mix oil, egg and milk in large bowl. Stir together flour, baking powder and sugar. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients. Blend well. Add sparkling water. Drop 1/2 cupfuls of batter onto lightly oiled griddle.

This recipe yields 6 pancakes.
