Lemon Onion Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Finely-chopped red onion |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Finely-chopped fresh lemon supremes |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced jalapeno pepper |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine all of the ingredients and serve with grilled or baked "meaty" fish like bluefish or swordfish.
This recipe yields 1 cup.
