1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Diced mango, pineapple or papaya |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Peeled, seeded, diced kirby cucumbers |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Finely-sliced scallion, green part only |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Grated lime zest |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh lime juice |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped cilantro |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine all of the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
This recipe yields 2 cups.
