Citrus Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh orange juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable oil - (to 1/3 cup) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Grated orange zest |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Process all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
This recipe yields about 3/4 cup of dressing.
