Strawberries With Blueberry Palatte Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Fresh strawberries - cut in half | |
1 cup | 237ml | Fat-free frozen yogurt |
Sauce | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Fresh or frozen thawed blueberries |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Powdered sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Crème de Cassis liqueur |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
For the sauce: Combine the blueberries, sugar, Cassis and water in a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat until berries soften and become "saucy." Remove from heat and chill until ready to serve.
Divide sauce between rimmed dessert plates. Top with halved strawberries. Add dollop of frozen yogurt and serve immediately.
