Strawberries With Blueberry Palatte

Recipe Ingredients

1   Fresh strawberries - cut in half
1 cup 237mlFat-free frozen yogurt
  Sauce
1 cup 237mlFresh or frozen thawed blueberries
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozPowdered sugar
2 tablespoons 30mlCrème de Cassis liqueur
2 tablespoons 30mlWater

Recipe Instructions

For the sauce: Combine the blueberries, sugar, Cassis and water in a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat until berries soften and become "saucy." Remove from heat and chill until ready to serve.

Divide sauce between rimmed dessert plates. Top with halved strawberries. Add dollop of frozen yogurt and serve immediately.

This recipe yields 4 generous servings.
