Wild Rice Seafood Casserole

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/4 cups 200g / 7.1ozWild rice - cooked
1   Green pepper - diced
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozCelery - diced
1   Bermuda onion - diced
1 lb 454g / 16ozFresh mushrooms - sliced
1 lb 454g / 16ozLobster meat - cooked
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozLump crab meat - cooked
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozShrimp - cleaned
1 teaspoon 5mlCurry powder
1 1/2 cups 355mlMayonnaise
  Salt and pepper - to taste
  Bread crumbs; buttered - opt.

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients lightly in a greased casserole.

Bake 45 minutes at 350F.

Buttered bread crumbs may be sprinkled over top.
