White Clam Spaghetti Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Clams - 10 ounce | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Canola oil |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Flour |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Thyme |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parsley |
4 oz | 113g | Pasta - cooked |
Cook garlic in oil until softened. Add flour and mix to a paste.
Add juice from canned clams and mix until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients except pasta and cook stirring over med heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve over hot pasta.
NOTES : Some white wine can be added although you will need more flour.
Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
