Tuna Tapenade Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Capers - (or less) |
| 1 | Tuna in oil | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dark rum |
| 2 | Garlic - coarsely | |
| Chopped | ||
| 1 | Pitted black olives | |
| Fresh ground pepper |
Place all ingredients except olive oil) in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Slowly add olive oil.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
