1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Flour |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Milk |
Salt and pepper | ||
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Almonds - chopped |
Dip trout in milk. Season with salt and pepper, roll in flour.
Cook trout in butter until evenly browned on both sides.
Remove fish and saute shopped almonds in drippings.
Sprinkle over fish.
