Toasted Crab Rolls Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Crab meat | |
1 | Green pepper or - pimiento, minced (small) | |
1 | Grated onion (small) | |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Finely cut celery |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced parsley |
Salt - pepper and | ||
Mayonnaise | ||
Margarine | ||
Cheese and bacon for topping |
Mix all together, seasoning to taste and moisten with mayonnaise.
Split dinner rolls and spread with margarine. Then spread with crab mixture and over this lay a thin slice of cheese and a strip of bacon.
Place in oven to allow cheese to soften and the bacon to crisp.
