Tartar Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Mayonnaise | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - very finely chopped | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Kosher dill pickle - very | 
| Diced | ||
| 1 | Celery - very | |
| Diced | ||
| 1 | Garlic - minced | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Capers - finely chopped | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fresh chives - finely | 
| 1 | Anchovy - minced | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice | 
1. Combine all ingredients in the order given. Blend well.
2. Cover and refrigerate.
Sauce will last for up to 2 weeks
