Swordfish With Mango-Tomatillo Relish Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Mango - peeled and diced | |
1 | Tomatillo - husked, washed (medium) | |
1/2 | Red bell pepper - seeded | |
And minced | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh cilantro - minced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice |
2/3 lb | 302g / 10oz | Swordfish |
Ground black pepper - to | ||
Taste | ||
And diced |
Combine the mango, tomatillo, bell pepper, cilantro and lime juice. Set aside.
Place the fish on a rack in a baking pan or use a broiler pan and sprinkle fish with pepper.
Bake in a preheated 450F oven for 12 minutes per inch of thickness.
Serve with the relish on the side.
