1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Carrot - grated |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tomato - peeled and chopped (small) |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Sugar |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Green pepper - diced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Fish fillet - , cut in 1" cubes |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ketchup |
Fry fish in sprayed skillet.
Combine first column ingredients in pot and simmer five minutes.
Add vegetables and cook a few more minutes.
Pour over fish and serve.
