Scalloped Corn

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 125g / 4.4ozUncooked corn kernels cut from ear
4   Egg whites
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/2   Bell pepper - diced
1/2 cup 118mlLow-fat milk
  Bread crumbs - for topping

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Beat eggs and combine with all ingredients (except bread crumbs). Place in a non-stick baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and return to oven for 5 minutes or until set.
