Scalloped Corn Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Uncooked corn kernels cut from ear |
4 | Egg whites | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/2 | Bell pepper - diced | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Low-fat milk |
Bread crumbs - for topping |
Preheat oven 325 degrees. Beat eggs and combine with all ingredients (except bread crumbs). Place in a non-stick baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and return to oven for 5 minutes or until set.
