Stuffed Crabs Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 teaspoons | 15ml | Bell peppers (medium) |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Onions (large) |
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Bread crumbs |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
| 1 | Parsley | |
| 2 | Celery | |
| 1 | Butter | |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Claw crab meat |
| 1 | Green onions | |
| 3 | Eggs |
Saute' vegetables until wilted, season to taste with salt and red pepper.
Mix bread crumbs, flour, eggs, green onions, and parsley. Combine with other ingredients and fill crab shells.
Dip in a batter of egg and milk, then in flour and finally in bread crumbs.
Fry until golden brown.
