Spicy Shrimp Shake-In-A-Bag Mix Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Medium-size shrimp - peeled |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Healthy bread crumbs - (index) |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Flour |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Onion powder |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Thyme |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne pepper |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter - melted |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tangy mustard or Dijon |
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Drop the shrimp into a paper bag filled with the crumbs, flour, and spices.
3. Shake the bag to coat the shrimp, and arrange shrimp in a shallow baking pan.
4. Combine the butter and mustard and dribble the mixture over the shrimp.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
