Spicy Shrimp

Serves: 6 people

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozShrimp - cleaned
1 1/2 cups 93g / 3.3ozChicken bouillon
1/2 cup 118mlRed vinegar
1   Onion - sliced
2 teaspoons 10mlDry mustard
1 teaspoon 5mlHot sauce
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlThyme

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a sauce- pan. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer until shrimp turns pink.

Remove and allow to cool - then chill.

Drain off liquids.

Serve with lemon slices and parsley.
