Russian Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
Fat-free ingredients made this dressing a fat-fighter's dream. And the taste? It's great! The additional horseradish adds just the right zip.
Type: Low Fat1/2 cup | 118ml | Nonfat plain yogurt |
1 cup | 237ml | Fat-free mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Low-sodium ketchup |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Horseradish - drained |
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup and horseradish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
This recipe yields 2 cups or 32 (1 tablespoon) servings.
