Sour Cream Stuffing For Fish

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	82g / 2.9oz	Celery - chopped
1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Onion - chopped
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Butter/margarine - melted
4 cups	584g / 20oz	Bread crumbs - dried
1/2 cup	118ml	Sour cream
1/4 cup	36g / 1.3oz	Lemon - diced, peeled
2 tablespoons	30ml	Lemon rind - grated
1 teaspoon	5ml	Paprika
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt

Recipe Instructions

Cook celery and onion in butter until tender.

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Makes approximately 1 quart stuffing for fish.
