Sour Cream Stuffing For Fish Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Celery - chopped |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter/margarine - melted |
4 cups | 584g / 20oz | Bread crumbs - dried |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Lemon - diced, peeled |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon rind - grated |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Cook celery and onion in butter until tender.
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Makes approximately 1 quart stuffing for fish.
