Sour Cream Stuffing For Fish

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup 82g / 2.9ozCelery - chopped
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozOnion - chopped
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozButter/margarine - melted
4 cups 584g / 20ozBread crumbs - dried
1/2 cup 118mlSour cream
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozLemon - diced, peeled
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon rind - grated
1 teaspoon 5mlPaprika
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

Cook celery and onion in butter until tender.

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Makes approximately 1 quart stuffing for fish.
